About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer in Cashea, you will drive the end-to-end feature lifecycle by collaborating with Product and Backend teams to transform complex requirements into scalable, high-performance React architectures. With +4 years of experience and a background in mentoring developers, you will lead technical decisions, establish documentation standards, and manage shared component libraries using TypeScript. Your focus will be on maintaining clean code through refactoring, implementing robust testing and monitoring strategies, and optimizing Core Web Vitals to ensure top-tier performance across all platforms.

Responsabilities:

• Work alongside Product and Backend teams throughout the feature lifecycle

• Break down complex requirements into clean, maintainable React solutions

• Design scalable architectures for complex web features

• Lead code reviews and technical decisions focused on simplicity and effectiveness

• Create technical documentation and establish documentation standards

• Mentor team members on problem-solving and modern web development

• Optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, load times)

Requirements:

• +4 years of React in production with published web applications

• +1 year leading teams or mentoring developers

• Experience refactoring complex features into maintainable solutions

• Built and maintained shared component libraries

• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 knowledge

• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)

• Established testing strategies (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Set up monitoring and analytics for web applications

• Optimized web performance and cross-browser compatibility

• Led technical documentation initiatives

• Spanish and English proficiency
